How We Work With You

Chiller vs Thermoelectric Heater-Chiller

At Applied Integrated Systems (AIS), we keep the process clear, fast, and predictable. Here is exactly what you can expect when you engage us for standard high-purity chemical heaters and chillers, or custom chemical heating and chemical cooling equipment.

1) Quick Start: Request for Quote (RFQ)

  • Submit our brief Request for Quote form on the website with your application details and any target requirements.

  • Same day or next business day, we review and follow up with any clarifying questions (power, footprint constraints, environment, integration needs, documentation, or compliance requirements, etc.).

2) Fast, Focused Proposal

  • Once questions are answered, we prepare a formal proposal:

  • Standard equipment: typically, within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom equipment: a little longer, depending on scope and complexity.

  • Your quotation includes a comprehensive Product Specification Sheet covering performance, materials, electrical requirements, interfaces, environmental limits, and form factor with detailed dimensions—so you and your team can validate fit and function immediately.

3) Order Acknowledgment & Schedule

  • When you place an order, we issue an Order Acknowledgment that confirms:

  • Your configuration and options

  • Commercial terms

  • Committed ship date

  • If anything needs refinement (e.g., connector types, labeling, or documentation format), we capture it here so there are no surprises downstream.

4) Build Progress & Proactive Updates

  • During manufacturing, you will receive a couple of status emails with concise updates (e.g., materials received, assembly in progress, testing scheduled).

  • If we see a risk to schedule, we will flag it early and provide options.

5) Shipping Coordination

  • As we approach completion, you will get a “Ready to Ship” email. If you have not already specified logistics, we will confirm:

  • Carrier & service level: next day, 2-day, ground, or your account

  • Destination details: dock hours, special instructions, labeling

  • Packaging preferences: standard, export, or application-specific

6) Shipment & Documentation

  • When your order ships, we send a Shipment Confirmation with tracking details.

  • We include a digital Operations Manual covering installation, safety, commissioning, operation, and maintenance—so your team can hit the ground running the moment the equipment arrives.

7) Post-Delivery Follow-Up

  • About one month after shipment, we check in to confirm performance, answer questions, and ensure you are fully satisfied.

  • If you need help—with setup tips, optimization ideas, or additional accessories—our team is ready to assist.

What We Ask From You (to keep things moving quickly)

  • Clear application goals: target performance, physical constraints,  environment, and any must-have standards.

  • Timely feedback on clarifications: quick replies help us keep the proposal schedule tight.

  • Preferred shipping method: if known, share it early; if not, we will confirm at  “Ready to Ship.”

Why Customers Choose AIS

  • Responsiveness: rapid RFQ review and proposal turnaround.

  • Clarity: detailed spec sheets with exact dimensions and interfaces.

  • Predictability: firm ship dates and proactive status updates.

  • Support: thorough documentation at shipment and a post-delivery check-in to ensure success.

About Applied Integrated Systems (AIS)

Applied Integrated Systems (AIS) is a manufacturer of high-purity inline chemical heaters, high-purity inline chemical chillers, and thermal control systems for precise temperature control of corrosive chemicals, DI water, and ultra-pure fluids. Our systems are used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications requiring high reliability and contamination-free performance.

Our product portfolio includes high-purity inline chemical heaters utilizing resistive and infrared technologies, thermoelectric heating and cooling systems, recirculating and high- purity chemical chillers, high purity heat exchangers, and custom-engineered thermal systems. Many AIS systems feature PFA (Teflon) wetted flow paths to ensure chemical compatibility and maintain fluid purity in critical process environments.

AIS systems deliver precise temperature control, efficient heat transfer, and long-term process stability across a wide range of applications, including semiconductor wet processing, chemical delivery systems, biotechnology processes, and analytical instrumentation. Our solutions are engineered for seamless integration, compact design, and energy-efficient operation in demanding environments.

All equipment is designed, assembled, and tested in the USA under strict quality standards, with options for custom configurations, integrated control electronics, and complete thermal system solutions. AIS is committed to delivering high-performance, reliable systems and responsive technical support to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing applications.
